Houston Art Scene // Preservons la Creation
To specialize in the wedding industry I must make it my main focus. But every so often I love the opportunity to capture something different and Eyeful Art brought me just that! French artist Sebastien Boileau aka Eyeful Art aka Mr. D does murals and street art all around Houston and Dallas and he took on the grand challenge of creating Houston’s biggest mural named Preservons la Creation, located at 2800 San Jacinto st.
Their top sponsor was Midtown Houston followed by Liquitex and BMW Advantage Midtown among many others! Up Art Studio also took a huge part of coordinating the challenge and putting together and presenting the biggest mural in Houston. They held a VIP event which I also got to cover as I enjoyed the beats of one of my favorite Houston DJ’s, DJ Mishka.
The investment of many has now been featured and published on Houston Hotel Magazine‘s Summer 2014 issue so I highly recommend you pick one up! Oh, and if you haven’t stopped by or at least driven by the mural then be sure to make some time for it! It’s really jaw dropping even just driving by!
